I can see the house was built with lot of care for details. I was also told by a neighbor that the builder was there most of the time when the house is built and was taken care very well during the construction and I can see it in the quality. The house is priced right! The whole closing was smooth and Sumeer took care of small things during the warranty period promptly and to my satisfaction!
